About Us
Mandarin is a boutique residential developer in Palma de Mallorca, working build-to-sell for a discerning European buyer.
We take a small number of sites and see each one through — from the first read of the light to the day the keys change hands. Architecture is entrusted to studios we choose project by project; the standard, the discipline and the accountability stay with us.
The focus is unapologetically premium. Fewer homes, made properly, held to a standard we're willing to sign our name to.
